Returns and Exchange Policy

At Raato online shopping, we strive to provide high-quality clothing and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Sale items, innerwear, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Email us at info@raato.ca with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions.
  3. Once we receive your item, we will process the refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

3. Shipping & Processing Time

  • Domestic Shipping orders be delivered 5-7 business days.
  • International Shipping: 12-15 business days (depending on location and weather conditions)
  • Orders are shipped via Arihant International Courier Service (AICS)

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are delivered within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the issue. We will arrange a replacement and exchange been delivered within 7 - 10 bossiness working days or issue a full refund.
