## USE OF OUR WEBSITE
By using this website and placing orders through it, you agree to:
- Use this website to make inquiries and legally valid orders only.
- Not place false or fraudulent orders. If such an order is reasonably suspected, we reserve the right to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities.
- Provide accurate email addresses, postal addresses, and other contact details. We may use this information to contact you regarding your order.
- If you do not provide all necessary information, you cannot place your order.

## CONTRACT
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email/message (Order Confirmation) and a Shipping Confirmation.

## AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
All orders are subject to product availability. If there are supply difficulties or stock shortages, we reserve the right to offer substitute products. If you do not wish to order the substitutes, we will refund any amount paid.

## REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER
While we strive to process all orders, exceptional circumstances may require us to refuse an order even after Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to:
- Remove or modify any product or content on the website.
- Not be liable to you or any third party for such actions.

## DELIVERY
We will endeavor to dispatch the ordered products by the date indicated in the Delivery Confirmation or within 30 days from Order Confirmation if no delivery date is specified. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or location constraints.
- "Delivery" is considered complete once you or a designated third party receives the goods, confirmed by signing the delivery receipt.

## PRICE AND PAYMENT
- While we ensure correct pricing, errors may occur. If an error is detected, we will notify you, offering the option to confirm or cancel the order. If we cannot contact you, the order will be canceled and refunded.
- If the incorrect price is obvious and unmistakable, we are not obliged to fulfill the order at that price.
- Prices exclude Goods and Service Tax (GST), duties, cesses, and delivery charges.
- Prices may change at any time.

## RETURN – Terms and Conditions
- Orders can be returned within **15 days from the delivery date** (for orders placed outside sale duration).
- Due to hygiene standards, certain items (caps, masks, undergarments, baby tees, etc.) are non-returnable.
- The product must be **unused, unwashed, with all tags intact**.
- We reserve the right to reject returns for:
  - Used, washed, or soiled products.
  - Damaged items (except for defective product claims).
- Customers must email images of defective products to **info@raato.ca** for approval.
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup within **48 hours**.
- **Reverse pickup charge:** ₹100.
- Products bought during Sale or Clearance Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.

## INVOICE
Invoices will be provided with delivered products.

## TAXES
All purchases on **Raato.ca** are subject to applicable taxes, including GST, duties, and cesses.

## RETURN/REFUND POLICY
- Returns are accepted within **15 days from delivery** (for non-sale items).
- Refunds are processed as store credit in the **Raato GiftCard**.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For defective or incorrect deliveries, contact us within **24 hours** at **info@raato.ca**.
- A maximum of **two returns per order** is allowed.

## SPECIAL RETURN POLICY (Supima Products, Black Wide-Leg Sweatpants & Black Utility Straight Fit Pant)
- Returns are accepted **within 15 days** of purchase.
- Items must be **unused, unwashed, with all tags intact**.
- Proof of purchase is required.

### 3-Month Guarantee (up to 50 Washes)
We offer a **3-month guarantee** on Supima products, Black Wide-Leg Sweatpants, and Black Utility Straight Fit Pants for manufacturing defects such as:
- Loose stitching
- Fabric fading/discoloration
- Print imperfections
- Uneven dye distribution
- Fabric shrinkage beyond acceptable limits

**Not Covered:** Damage due to improper washing, excessive wear, alterations, or chemical exposure.

### Replacement or Refund Process
- Contact **Raato Customer Support** to initiate a return.
- Once confirmed, a pickup will be arranged within **7 days**.
- Refunds will be issued in **Raato GiftCards**.

## FRAUD PREVENTION MEASURES
- We prioritize customer security and reserve the right to **refuse returns suspected of fraud**.
- All returned products undergo inspection.
- Fraudulent return attempts will be reported to authorities.

## MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
**Raato.ca** reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. All changes will be in the best interest of customers.
